Terms of Service

GENERAL
✦ This commission is a digital artwork, there will be no shipping of any physical goods.
✦ Please only provide clear and high resolution visual references. Mistakes due to unclear, pixelated, blurred reference images are not my responsibility.
✦ Detailed designs, additional items, animals, and light NSFW options (such as blood, bruises, body horror) will be charged extra fee depending on the details.
✦ I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.PAYMENTS
✦ Invoice will be sent to you through PayPal email.
✦ Payment must be received in full before I begin the work.
✦ I only accept payment through PayPal / bank transfer.REVISIONS
✦ Free revisions are given during the sketch approval period and once the piece is complete if I have forgotten something.
✦ Otherwise, extra fees will be charged.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Commissions may take from a week to 3 months depending on complexity of artwork, queue, and real life factors.USE
✦ Commissioner has no right to mint an NFT of their commission.
✦ Commissioner is not authorized to upload their commission onto any AI sites or to use their commission to train any AI/ML models.
✦ Commissioner may use the commissioned artwork for personal use including but not limited to: social media profile picture, phone or computer wallpapers.
✦ For Commercial Use, fee varies from 50% up to 300% of base price depending on the scale of commercial use.
✦ The following cases are considered commercial use: reproducing and selling the artwork publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, other promotional purposes (eg. YouTube, Twitch, personal site, business cards etc).
✦ Commissioner is allowed to use and repost the art with proper credit mentioning or linking back to my social media account.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Characters commissioned may belong to other parties but the copyright over my art is still mine. I have the right to distribute and/or use the art as commission display/samples/portfolio/other non-profit means.I DRAW
OC, fanart/canon, OC x canon/yume, any gender, HL/GL/BL, humanoid/kemonomimi, light armour, blood/bruises, revealing/suggestive art.
I DON'T DRAW
furry, snout, robot, complex machinery, facial/body hair, overly macho/bara, older people, explicit NSFW.
